Job Summary

We are looking for a high-energy Supplier Onboarding professional with prior experience in large-scale marketplace platforms such as Meesho, Flipkart, Shopsy, Amazon, Snapdeal, etc. The role involves identifying, onboarding, and enabling suppliers while ensuring compliance, quality, and smooth activation on the marketplace.

Key Responsibilities Supplier Onboarding & Activation
- Identify and onboard current suppliers aligned with category and business goals
- Drive end-to-end onboarding: documentation, KYC, catalog readiness, pricing, and go-live
- Ensure suppliers are activated within defined TATs

Supplier Enablement & Support
- Educate suppliers on marketplace processes, policies, and tools
- Support sellers with cataloging, logistics integration, and operational setup




- Act as the first point of contact for onboarding-related queries

Process & Compliance
- Ensure 100% compliance with platform policies, legal, and KYC requirements
- Coordinate with internal teams (Catalog, Category, Finance, Legal, Ops)
- Identify onboarding bottlenecks and suggest process improvements

Performance & Reporting
- Track onboarding metrics: activation rate, TAT, drop-offs
- Prepare regular MIS and dashboards for management review
- Support category growth by onboarding relevant and high-potential suppliers

Stakeholder Management
- Work closely with category managers and business teams
- Coordinate with external partners and suppliers across regions

Required Skills & Qualifications Must-Have
- Prior experience in marketplace supplier onboarding (Meesho / Flipkart / Shopsy preferred)
- Strong understanding of seller lifecycle, KYC, and compliance
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
