Set up and maintain computers, laptops, printers, scanners, barcode readers
- Support POS systems, billing counters, and service desk machines
- Maintain network devices (routers, switches, Wi-Fi access points)
- Ensure secure internet connectivity for sales and service operations
- Manage LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi access for staff and guests
- Monitor bandwidth usage and resolve connectivity issues quickly
- Maintain user access controls (logins, passwords, permissions)
- Protect customer and business data from unauthorized access
- Install and update antivirus, firewalls, and security patches
- Perform regular data backups and recovery checks
- Maintain IT issue logs and resolution reports
- Prepare basic reports for management on system health
- Document standard procedures for troubleshooting and backups
- CCTV trouble shooting

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
