Industry: Plastic Packaging / PET Bottles

Key Responsibilities
- Manufacture and assemble blow molds and PET ISBM bottle molds as per design specifications
- Read and interpret engineering and technical drawings accurately
- Operate VMC, CNC machines, EDM (Sparking), and Surface Grinding machines:
- Work on gear molds and multi-cavity molds with high precision
- Perform machining, fitting, and assembly of individual mold components
- Ensure correct finish height and dimensional accuracy of mold inserts
- Complete mold fitting, polishing, and final assembly
- Maintain required surface finish and quality standards

Required Skills & Knowledge
- Strong knowledge of blow mold & PET ISBM mold manufacturing:
- Excellent understanding of technical drawings:




- Hands-on experience with VMC, CNC, EDM (Sparking), Surface Grinding:
- Experience in gear molds and multi-cavity molds:
- Good knowledge of tool room practices

Qualification & Experience
- ITI / Diploma in Tool & Die Making or equivalent (preferred)
- Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in die & mold manufacturing
