Job Title: Course Information Representative

Job Type: Full time, In-Office

Working Days: 6 Days a Week

Salary: ₹25,000 per month

Experience: 1-4 Years (Call Center / Tele-calling experience preferred)

Education: Graduate

Responsibilities:
- Handle fresh inquiries by making outbound calls to students who have already shown interest in K11 courses
- Answer basic queries related to courses and schedule appointments with course counsellors
- Update inquiry details accurately in CRM and other company systems
- Submit daily activity and follow-up reports to the reporting manager
Required Skills:
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Good counselling and convincing abilities
- Target-oriented, proactive, and focused approach
- Willingness to learn and upgrade knowledge regularly
