Knowledge Of SMT Pick & Place Of Juki Machine 2080L, Components & Maintenance.

More Than 2 Years’ Experience Compulsory.

Job Title:
Juki Machine Operator & programming (Juki 2080) - SMT line PnP
- Typically, a full time production role in electronics/EMS (Electronics Manufacturing Services) factories.
- Focuses on operating the JUKI 2080 pick-and-place machine on an SMT (Surface Mount Technology) production line.

Operating the JUKI Pick & Place Machine
- Set up and run the JUKI KE-2080 pick-and-place machine efficiently throughout the shift.
- Start machine, load production programs (recipes), and manage production runs.

Feeder & Component Handling
- Load feeders and components (tape, reel, tray) into the machine correctly according to the job sheet.
- Identify components and ensure correct parts are in the right feeder slots.





Basic Adjustments & Maintenance
- Make minor machine adjustments like changing nozzles, clearing jams, and adjusting parts position.
- Help maintain component inventories and restock as needed.

Quality Monitoring
- Monitor board placement quality during operation.
- Report defects, machine issues, or quality problems to supervisors or maintenance.

Skills & Experience Required

✔ Familiarity with SMT pick-and-place machines (especially JUKI 2080 or similar).

✔ Basic electronics knowledge and component recognition.

✔ Ability to follow setup sheets and standard operating procedures.

✔ Positive attention to detail and troubleshooting skills.

✔ Prior experience (often 3+ years) on pick-and-place
