Key Responsibilities:
- Drone Operations:
- Operate drones in compliance with DGCA (Directorate General of Civil Aviation) regulations and company protocols.
- Ensure the protected takeoff, flight, and landing of drones in various environmental conditions.
- Data Collection & Analysis:
- Capture high-quality imagery, video, and sensor data (thermal, LiDAR, etc.) during operations.
- Analyze data collected from drones and generate actionable insights for clients.
- Collaborate with the technical team to process and interpret data for reporting purposes.
- Maintenance & Troubleshooting:
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of drones and associated equipment.
- Ensure that all drone systems are in optimal working condition before each mission.
- Maintain detailed records of equipment usage and servicing schedules.
- Client Engagement:
- Liaise with clients on-site to understand project requirements and provide updates during operations.
- Deliver post-operation reports, including visual data and insights, to stakeholders.




- Compliance & Safety:
- Adhere to all safety and regulatory standards during drone operations.
- Maintain updated knowledge of DGCA regulations and ensure operations are compliant.
- Conduct risk assessments before flights and ensure the safety of the surrounding environment.

Qualifications & Skills:
- Education: Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Aviation, or related fields.
- Certifications:
- Valid DGCA Remote Pilot Certificate (mandatory).
- Experience:
- 2-5 years of experience in industrial drone operations.
- Expertise in flying drones for specific use cases such as thermal imaging, LiDAR mapping, or photogrammetry.
- Skills:
- Proficiency in using drone software (e.g., Pix4D, DroneDeploy, Agisoft).
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
