We are looking for Freelance Recruiters who can support us with end-to-end recruitment activities. This is a commission-based opportunity, ideal for HR professionals, freelancers, or anyone interested in recruitment with flexible working hours.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinating interviews with clients
- Sharing daily/weekly recruitment updates
Requirements:
- Must have a smartphone or laptop:
- Stable internet connection is mandatory
- Good communication skills
- Basic knowledge of recruitment or calling is preferred
- Ability to work independently
- Freelancers, HR consultants, freshers interested in recruitment can apply
