Role Overview

As a Customer Service Representative, your primary responsibility will be to assist customers with their questions, concerns, or problems through phone calls. You will provide accurate information, offer solutions, and ensure customer satisfaction with the support they receive.

Key Responsibilities

1. Customer Interaction & Support
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and efficiently.




- Address customer queries, concerns, and complaints related to orders, products, payments, and delivery.
- Provide accurate information and appropriate solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.

2. Issue Resolution & Follow-up
- Resolve customer issues within defined timelines while maintaining quality standards.
- Escalate complex cases to the relevant internal teams when required and follow up to ensure closure.

3. Order & Process Management
- Assist customers with order placement, tracking, cancellations, returns, and refunds.
- Update customer interactions and case details accurately in the CRM/system.

4. Customer Experience & Quality
- Maintain a polite, empathetic, and customer-focused approach in all interactions.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, processes, and quality guidelines.

5. Cross-Team Coordination
- Coordinate with internal departments such as logistics, warehouse, and quality tea
