- Minimum 6 months of international BPO voice experience:
- Strong English communication skills
- Versant Score: B2 / C1 (US Voice)

Work Schedule
- Working Days: 5.5 Days per week
- Shifts & Week Offs: Rotational

Cab Facility
- For Male Employees: ₹180 per night shift (× number of night shifts)
- For Female Employees: One-sided cab facility during odd hours

- Handle international customer calls professionally
- Resolve customer queries efficiently while maintaining quality standards
- Provide accurate information and ensure customer satisfaction
- Adhere to process guidelines and compliance requirements
- Maintain proper documentation of customer interactions
