Role Description This is a full time remote role for a UK Business Funding Telesales Executive.



The role involves making outbound calls to UK SMEs to discuss business funding solutions, qualify prospects, and generate leads for merchant cash advances and other financial products. The Telesales Executive will conduct needs-based conversations, explain UCBS services clearly, handle objections, and build strong relationships to convert opportunities into sales. Daily tasks include maintaining accurate records in the CRM system, following up on warm leads, managing a pipeline of prospects, and collaborating with the wider sales and operations teams to ensure a smooth customer experience. The role also includes meeting agreed performance targets, keeping up to date with product knowledge and market developments, and representing UCBS in a professional and compliant manner on every interaction.
