Role Description
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and other channels.
- Research potential clients and understand their business needs, challenges, and digital requirements.
- Reach out to prospective clients and introduce Focaccia Digital’s services and solutions.
- Schedule meetings and product/service presentations with qualified prospects.




- Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams to develop suitable proposals and solutions.
- Prepare and deliver business proposals, presentations, quotations, and pitches.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation and qualification to negotiation and closure.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Follow up consistently with leads and ensure timely movement through the sales pipeline.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, conversations, and sales activities in CRM/tools.
- Track industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging digital opportunities.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly business development and revenue targets.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in business development, sales, lead generation, or a similar role.
