Responsibilities:

- Develop and drive social media strategies for multiple brands across platforms.
/n
- Own monthly/quarterly content calendars, content pillars and social narratives.
/n
- Lead ideation and execution of social-first campaigns, digital activations and real-time content opportunities.
/n
- Identify relevant trends, cultural moments and conversations and translate them into brand-relevant opportunities.
/n
- Work closely with designers, copywriters,
creators and other creative teams to develop platform-first content.
/n
- Manage end-to-end publishing, scheduling and content governance across different social platforms.
/n
- Track and analyze social performance and prepare monthly/quarterly reports with explicit insights, learnings and recommendations.
/n
- Use performance data and audience behavior to continuously optimize content and social strategy.
/n
- Present ideas, strategies, calendars and performance reports to clients and senior stakeholders.
/n
- Mentor and guide junior team members and ensure quality and timely delivery of work.
