nRoles & Responsibilities:

- n
- Be the part of a team and craft affiliate marketing strategiesn
- Must have understanding of and leveraging Mobile 1-Measurement Partners (MMPs)n
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure timely & smooth campaign execution, conversion, re-targeting & performance tracking.n
- Implementation strategy for delivering campaigns using multiple channels to achieve campaign Kpi’s.n
- Ensure that all campaigns are planned, tracked and operate towards specific business and growth objectives. Measure and optimize on performance – ROI, CPA, CTR, CPC, CPI, etc.n




- Actively monitor and report performance hits & misses around affiliate marketing performance for respective source/network/partner. Along with tactical & strategic solution to drive conversionsn
- Onboard new Networks/Partners etc. & take the ownership of driving their performance efficacy & volumen

nDesired Skills:

- n
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel & Powerpoint)n
- Prior work experience in affiliate marketing (Ad Networks, Advertisers, Aggregators, DSPs) is a MUSTn
- Excellent problem-solving, negotiation & stakeholder management skillsn
- Ability to adapt & succeed in a rapidly changing environmentn
- Self-starter with ability to take ownership, display high commitment and multitaskn
- Good oral and written communication skillsn
- Candidates with ad agency experience or ad tech /ad network client management experience is preferredn
- A proven track record of meeting business goals through performance-driven marketingn
