nAbout the Role
nWe are looking for a motivated and experienced Project Sales Manager to manage sales activities for our real estate project. The candidate will be responsible for leading the sales team, managing customer relationships, driving site visits and achieving booking targets.

nKey Responsibilities

- Develop and execute sales plans to achieve project booking and revenue targets.n
- Lead, guide and motivate the project sales team.n
- Allocate leads and monitor follow-ups through the CRM system.n
- Manage the complete sales process from enquiry to booking closure.n
- Conduct regular customer follow-ups and coordinate site visits.n
- Handle customer meetings, presentations, negotiations and booking discussions.n
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and channel partners.n
- Coordinate with the Marketing Manager for lead generation and campaign performance.n




- Monitor lead quality, site visits, conversion ratios and team productivity.n
- Review daily, weekly and monthly sales performance.n
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts and MIS updates for senior management.n
- Coordinate with finance, legal, documentation and customer relations teams.n
- Support customers during booking, payment and agreement processes.n
- Resolve customer queries professionally and ensure a positive buying experience.n
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities and customer preferences.n
- Ensure accurate CRM records and timely follow-up on every assigned lead.n
- Maintain skilled sales practices and compliance with company policies.n
- Support the smooth functioning of the project sales office.n
