Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Business Development professional to drive new client acquisition, revenue growth, strategic partnerships, and account development for Vipany Global Solutions.
The ideal candidate should have strong experience in B2B sales, recruitment/staffing sales, HR solutions, IT services, consulting, or other solution-based sales environments.
You will be responsible for identifying and engaging decision-makers, understanding client requirements, positioning Vipany's recruitment and talent solutions, managing the complete sales cycle, negotiating commercial terms, and converting prospects into long-term clients.
