nRole Overview
nThe Senior HR Operations Manager will be responsible for managing end-to-end HR
noperations, ensuring smooth employee lifecycle processes, maintaining HR policies and
ncompliance, supporting workforce planning, and partnering with business leaders on peoplerelated initiatives.
nThe ideal candidate should have strong experience in HR operations within an IT/technology
norganization, excellent stakeholder-management skills, and the ability to independently




nmanage HR processes while building scalable people practices.
nKey Responsibilities
n1. HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle
n Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes from onboarding to exit.
n Ensure timely completion of joining formalities, documentation, background
nverification, induction, probation, confirmation, transfers, promotions, and exits.
n Maintain accurate employee records, HR databases, and personnel documentation.
n Establish and continuously improve HR operational processes and SOPs.
n Handle employee queries and ensure timely resolution of HR-related concerns.
n2. Recruitment & Workforce Planning
n Partner with business and technology leaders to understand manpower requirements
nand workforce plans.
n Coordinate with recruiters and hiring managers for timely closure of positions.
n Support hiring for technical and non-technical roles across Dyna
