nKey Responsibilities:
n
- n
- Manage complex and highprofile accounts using defined collection strategiesn
- Own and control aged receivables as per SLAs and performance metricsn
- Implement and remove service stops as per process guidelinesn
- Review UMCC and onaccount payments in line with ICMP standardsn
- Identify potential writeoffs and support aged debt clearancen
- Drive quarterly and monthly debt & cash target achievementsn
- Execute endtoend dunning processes and handle legal escalationsn
- Identify and support continuous process and system improvementsn
- Collaborate with administrators and team leads to close knowledge gaps.n




- Ensure strict adherence to best in class collection standards.n

nBackground & Qualifications:
n
- n
- Minimum 1 year of experience in OTC Collections (Mandatory)n
- Finance background preferredn
- (B.Com / MBA Finance will be an advantage)n
- Excellent verbal and written communication skillsn
- Willingness to work in night shiftsn
- Proven track record of meeting targets and SLAsn
- Strong working knowledge of MS Officen
- Customerfocused mindset with strong negotiation skillsn
- Analytical thinking and problemsolving capabilityn
- Exposure to project methodology is a plusn
