nJob Summary - We are seeking an experienced Senior Associate – Fund Accounting to handle end-to-end accounting for Hedge Funds and Private Equity. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in LP–GP accounting, capital activities, investor reporting, and hedge fund NAV processes, with a robust understanding of alternative investment structures.

n Key Responsibilities:

- n
- Perform end-to-end Private Equity and Hedge Fund accounting, including bookkeeping, reconciliations, and NAV calculations.n
- Prepare and review Capital Call notices, distributions, redemptions, and investor statements.· Maintain and reconcile PCAP (Partners’ Capital Accounts) for LPs and GPs (PE funds).n
- Handle LP–GP accounting, including allocations, profit sharing, expense allocations, and management fee calculations.n
- Support and execute waterfall calculations as per fund agreementsn
- Manage hedge fund NAV-related activities, including cash & position reconciliation, P&L; calculation,



and expense accruals.n

nAssist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with applicable accounting standards.

- Coordinate with internal teams, auditors, fund administrators, and clients for smooth delivery and reporting.n

n Required Skills & Qualifications:

- n
- 5+ years of experience in Private Equity and/or Hedge Fund Accounting.n
- Strong understanding of PE fund structures, LP–GP accounting, and hedge fund operations.n
- Hands-on experience with: Capital Call notices, Redemptions, PCAP (Partner's Capital Account), Waterfall Calculations, Hedge fund NAV, reconciliations, and investor reportingn
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.n
