nRole Description

nThis is a full time, on-site role for an Article Assistant, located in Gurgaon. Responsibilities include assisting with audits, accounting, financial statement preparation, tax computation, and compliance work. The candidate will also perform tasks involving statutory and secretarial filings,



support with GST, Income Tax, and other regulatory requirements, and assist with report preparation and client communications.

- Proficiency in Accounting, Taxation, and preparation of Financial Statementsn
- Knowledge of Compliance, Regulatory Practices, and Secretarial Filingsn
- Understanding of Assurance, Auditing, and Risk Managementn
- Strong analytical, Research, and Problem-solving skillsn
- Proficiency in using financial and accounting softwaren
- Excellent communication skills for written and verbal interactionsn
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in an organized mannern
- Pursuing or completed Chartered Accountant (CA) Internship or Articleshipn
- Experience in working with a CA firm is an advantagen
