Job Description
Key Responsibilities

- Develop new business opportunities and expand the customer base in the assigned territory.n
- Identify and approach potential customers in the electronics, automotive, industrial, consumer electronics, and other relevant sectors.n
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and understand their current and future requirements.n
- Understand customer technical requirements and recommend suitable electronic components/products.n
- Prepare and submit quotations, commercial proposals, and technical information to customers.n
- Follow up on enquiries, quotations, samples, trials, purchase orders, and deliveries.n
- Coordinate with customers, production, engineering, quality, logistics, and internal sales teams to ensure smooth order execution.n
- Conduct customer visits, product presentations, technical discussions, and business meetings.n
- Support product development and recent project opportunities by identifying potential applications and customers.n
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing,



and customer requirements.n
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.n
- Prepare regular sales reports, sales forecasts, customer visit reports, and pipeline updates.n
- Handle customer complaints and coordinate with relevant internal teams for timely resolution.n
- Support payment follow-up and ensure timely collection from customers, where applicable.n
- Participate in exhibitions, seminars, customer events, and other business development activities.n
- Ensure compliance with company sales procedures, policies, and reporting requirements.n

- Develop a good understanding of electronic components and their applications.n
- Interpret customer specifications, drawings, datasheets, and technical requirements.n
- Work closely with engineering/R&D; teams for product selection and technical solutions.n
- Support customers during product evaluation
