Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Data Analysis Team Lead to join our growing analytics team. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical capabilities, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for transforming complex data into actionable business insights. This role involves working with large-scale datasets, developing impactful dashboards and reports, collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders, and mentoring a team of analysts to support data-driven decision-making across the organization. Key Responsibilities Data Extraction, Processing & Analysis Write, execute, and optimize complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and ETL processes. Extract, clean, transform, validate, and analyze data from multiple sources, including databases, APIs, and flat files. Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity by identifying and resolving data quality issues. Perform exploratory data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business improvement. Develop and maintain scalable data models and analytical frameworks.



Reporting & Data Visualization Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar platforms. Present complex data in a transparent, concise, and visually compelling manner for technical and non-technical stakeholders. Automate recurring reports and dashboards to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort. Monitor key business metrics and provide regular performance insights. Business Partnership & Stakeholder Management Translate analytical findings into actionable recommendations that support strategic business decisions. Collaborate with stakeholders across departments including Product, Operations, Marketing, Finance, and Business Leadership.
