The Role

/n

We are hiring a senior individual contributor to own new customer acquisition for ZEISS VisioGen in the US market, working from Bangalore on US hours. This is a hands-on, high-volume selling role with a transparent monthly signup target. You will design and run dedicated outbound campaigns, work the phones, deliver demos, and close practices.

You are also the most experienced seller on the floor. Alongside your own number, you will monitor pipeline quality across the existing sales team, guide reps on messaging and deal strategy,



and set the standard for how ZEISS VisioGen sells. You will not carry people management responsibility; the Sales Head owns that.

You will work closely with the marketing team and external agencies so that campaigns, content, and outreach reinforce each other.

What You Will Do

Own the Number

/n

• Deliver 7 to 10 new practice signups per month from your own pipeline.

/n

• Run the full cycle: prospecting, discovery, demo, proposal, negotiation, close, and handoff to onboarding.

/n

• Prospect at high volume on US hours: cold calls, email sequences, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, referrals, and event follow-up.

• Engage practice decision-makers: physician owners, practice administrators, office managers, and operations leads.
