n Job Responsibilities

- n
- Drive the end-to-end Performance Management System (PMS) cycle on Darwinbox, including goal setting, quarterly reviews, annual appraisals, calibration, and cycle closure.n
- Configure and maintain PMS workflows, timelines, forms, and rating scales within Darwinbox.n
- Track PMS progress by following up with managers and employees on pending goals and reviews, highlighting delays, and escalating where required.n




- Schedule and coordinate performance review discussions and one-on-one meetings between managers and employees.n
- Guide employees and first-time managers on goal setting, self-appraisals, and feedback to ensure quality submissions.n
- Troubleshoot PMS-related system issues and coordinate with the Darwinbox support team for timely resolution.n
- Manage the Learning Management System (LMS), including course uploads, learner assignments, and completion tracking.n
- Coordinate training calendars by scheduling sessions, sending invitations, and tracking attendance.n
- Follow up with employees and managers to ensure timely training nominations and course completions.n
- Serve as the first point of contact for training-related queries and provide guidance on learning and development initiatives.n
- Track training effectiveness through completion reports, feedback, assessments, and maintain L&D; MIS reports.n
