nPerformance Marketing - Mobile / Digital Advertising / International Sales

nWhat you’ll do:

n•⁠ ⁠Strong hold in international markets US/UK/SEA/Middle East
n•⁠ ⁠Acquire and onboard global advertisers and agencies.
n•⁠ ⁠Ad sales, performance marketing & UA campaigns.
n•⁠ ⁠Negotiate commercial terms & performance models (CPA, CPR, CPI, RevShare).
n•⁠ ⁠Explore new markets, verticals & revenue opportunities.
n•⁠ ⁠Represent Optimidea at global industry events like chinajoy, ad:tech, GTC, affiliate summit.
n
nWe’re looking for:
n✅ 2–5+ years in BD/Sales, preferably Performance Marketing
n✅ Strong understanding of performance marketing
n✅ Excellent communication & negotiation skills
n✅ International mindset + a strong “hunter” mentality
