WHAT WILL YOU DO

- n
- Manage and grow a portfolio of distribution partners across Brokers, Insurance Companies, and Wellness Aggregators active in the OPD, Employee Advantages (EB), and Corporate / Group Health space.n
- Drive sales of VisionSure’s vision benefits offerings through OPD and Corporate / Group Health channels.n
- Identify opportunities to increase business within existing accounts through upselling, cross-selling, and new use cases across OPD and Group Health portfolios.n
- Develop account-specific sales strategies aligned to each partner’s OPD, EB, or Group Health book of business, and identify opportunities to expand VisionSure’s presence.n
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth execution and delivery of vision benefits for OPD and Corporate Health partner accounts.n

nREQUIREMENT

- n
- Prior 2- 4 years of experience in Health Insurance and Employee Advantages (Group benefits, OPD benefits)n
- Suitable backgrounds include:n

- n
- Brokers – handling OPD, Employee Benefits (EB),



or Corporate / Group Health business.n
- Insurance Companies – handling OPD business.n
- Wellness Aggregators (WA) – handling Corporate businessn

n
- n
- Strong understanding of the wellness, healthcare, insurance, or employee benefits ecosystem is preferred but not a constraint for the right candidate.n
- Candidates with a primarily B2C sales or Bancassurance background will not be a fit for this role.n
- Ability to manage multiple accounts independently and identify opportunities to grow them.n
- Willingness to travel across India for client and partner meetings.n
