nRole Summary
nWe are seeking an experienced Professional Services Engineer to lead the successful implementation, integration, and adoption of the Saner Platform, including CVEM, CNAPP, and CWPP solutions. This customer-facing role is responsible for delivering enterprise implementations, providing technical consulting, architecting scalable deployments, and ensuring customers achieve operational success.
nThe ideal candidate will have a strong background in Qualified Services, Technical Account Management (TAM), Solution Architecture, or Customer Support Engineering within a cybersecurity or enterprise software organization. They should possess expertise in cybersecurity, vulnerability management, patch management, cloud platforms, endpoint management, enterprise infrastructure, and identity management, with experience delivering enterprise implementations, customer onboarding, solution architecture, technical consulting, and successful production deployments.

nKey Responsibilities




nCustomer Implementation & Project Delivery
n· Lead end-to-end implementation and onboarding of enterprise customers.
n· Plan, design, deploy, validate, and transition customer environments into production.
n· Perform infrastructure assessments for on-premises, cloud, and hybrid environments.
n· Drive implementation milestones, technical governance, project risks, and delivery timelines.
n· Implement and validate Asset Discovery, Vulnerability Management, Patch Management, Compliance, and Saner Cloud modules.
nSolution Architecture & Enterprise Integration
n· Implement enterprise solution architectures.
n· Integrate with Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), ServiceNow, Freshservice, CMDB, ITSM, and SIEM.
n· Configure SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), and Okta.
n· Implement REST API integrations and automation.
