Job Description
• Prepare monthly management accounts, P&L; and Balance Sheet
n• Manage GL, reconciliations and month-end closing
n• Oversee payroll, superannuation, BAS and IAS requirements
n• Manage year-end financial statements
n• Monitor WIP, debtors, collections, realisation & recovery
n• Analyse profitability by Principal and service line
n• Prepare monthly financial dashboards for Principals
n• Manage cash-flow forecasting and working capital
n• Lead annual budgeting and forecasting
n• Analyse actual vs. budget and prepare scenario modelling
n• Maintain and optimise Xero & Xero Practice Manager (XPM)
n• Improve billing, WIP and expense-control processes
n• Drive automation, AI and digital finance initiatives
n• Maintain robust financial controls and compliance
