What you'll own

•Lead qualification (the core) - screen every inbound enquiry against MOQ, product feasibility
and customer segment (distributor / EPC / end-user / OEM / government); make correct qualify
/ reject decisions with minimal supervision; flag junk to the manager same day, never pass it
forward.
•Multi-channel inbound - own all inbound touchpoints during working hours: calls, WhatsApp
Business, LiveChat, email and B2B platforms (IndiaMART, TradeIndia) — with zero missed
enquiries and FRT ≤ 15 minutes.
•Clean handoff to Sales - transfer every qualified lead with full context: company info, product
interest, MOQ fit and conversation history.
•Outreach & re-engagement - run outreach on unconverted quotations, lapsed leads and
existing prospects; pick the right reason,



right message and right channel for each objection
(MOQ too high, price, timing) rather than sending generic follow-ups.
•CRM hygiene - maintain a live nurturing pipeline in Zoho CRM, every prospect tagged by stage,
100% data completeness across inbound and outreach, zero pending updates beyond end of
day.
•Pipeline reporting - weekly review with the Support Manager: contacts reached, response
rate, conversion funnel and pipeline value.

What we're looking for

•Graduate , with 1-2 years in inbound tele-calling, customer support, inside sales or B2B enquiry
handling.
•Empathy first - patience, warmth and persistence handling repeated enquiries; professional
phone and chat etiquette; a genuine customer-first mindset.
•Multitasking under load - able to manage simultaneous calls, chats and CRM updates without
dropping a touchpoint; quick, accurate, unflustered.
•Bilingual communication - confident, profession
