- Building & maintaining relationships with key accounts.n
- Negotiation with accounts for Margin, Visibility to maximize the profit.n
- Understanding of the account's business needs and objectives.n
- Address account concerns and resolve them effectivelyn

n2. Sales & Business Development:

- n
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.n
- Monitor sales performance and implement inputs to achieve sales targets.n
- Analysis market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunitiesn
- Expand the company's reach in key accounts.n
- Regular business reviews with accounts to ensure business growth and identify new opportunities.n
- Forecast the stock for his set of accounts.n
- Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts.n
- Identify growth opportunities within territoryn

n3. Cross-Functional Collaboration:

- n
- Work closely with the internal team(Finance ,Supply chain & others) to ensure business & Financial hygiene.n




- Communicate account needs and feedback to drive improvements.n

n4. Sale team & Distributor Management

- n
- Work closely with the sales team to drive the business and keep primary & secondary execution as per company normsn
- Maintaining business & financial hygiene at distributor point and building relationships.n

n5. Reporting and Analysis

- Prepare regular reports on account status and progressn
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growthn

n Qualifications & Experience Required:

- n
- Any Graduate/Postgraduate.n
- 7+ years of relevant industry experience from FMCG / Beauty & personal care industry.n
- Should have handled Contemporary Trade in AP, Telanganan
