Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site Sales Development Executive role based in Noida .
The candidate will be responsible for generating current business opportunities, managing outbound sales activities, building relationships with potential clients, and supporting the overall sales process.
In addition to sales and business development activities, the candidate will also support our staff augmentation business by understanding client requirements and identifying suitable candidate profiles from available sources and databases.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads and identify potential clients through outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels.




- Conduct regular outreach to prospective clients and introduce our consulting and staff augmentation services.
- Understand client requirements and identify relevant business opportunities.
- Manage and follow up with prospects throughout the sales cycle.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients and stakeholders.
- Work closely with the internal sales and delivery teams to move qualified opportunities forward.
- Support staff augmentation requirements by searching for and identifying suitable candidate profiles based on client needs.
- Source relevant candidate profiles through job portals, LinkedIn, internal databases, and other available platforms.
- Coordinate with the recruitment/delivery team to ensure suitable profiles are shared with clients.
- Maintain lead, client, and candidate-related information in CRM or relevant tracking tools.
- Support the development and execution of sales and business
