nRole Summary:
nWe are hiring an experienced and dependable Senior Accounts Executive to manage
nend-to-end accounting, taxation, compliance, and banking operations. The role also
nincludes supervising and guiding the accounts team to ensure timely and accurate
nfinancial reporting across multiple entities.
n
n Key Responsibilities:
n1. Accounting & Banking Operations:
nOversee day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping in Tally.
nOversee petty cash and monthly fund withdrawals.
nOversee bank transactions, interest,



and commission entries.
nValidate personal and business account entries and ensure accuracy.
n
n2. Taxation & Compliance:
nEnsure timely GST RCM payments, TDS/TCS filings, and reconciliation.
nCoordinate with external consultants for GST, ROC, MSME, and XBRL filings.
nRespond to tax/GST notices and assist in documentation and resolutions.
nProcess self-assessment tax payments and statutory dues.
n
n3. Audits & Financial Coordination:
nSupport quarterly, annual, and bank audits with complete documentation.
nMaintain loan files, audit trails, and renewal paperwork.
nCoordinate with auditors to finalize balance sheets and resolve audit queries.
n
n4. Advance Tax, Interest & Renewals:
nManage quarterly advance tax payments.
nCalculate interest on loans, CC, and WCDL accounts.
nHandle renewals for LEI, DSC, insurance policies, and bank guarantees.
n
n5. Reporting & Team Oversight:
nPrepare quarterly re
