nGreenfield Project Finance & Cost Control

- Drive financial monitoring and control of the large-scale Greenfield capital projectsn
- Track project budgets, commitments, expenditures, and cash flows and ensure adherence to approved budgets.n
- Collaborate with project teams to evaluate financial impact of scope changes and project risksn
- Support project governance through regular financial reviews and cost optimization initiatives.n

nMIS and Budget Reporting
n
- n
- Develop and maintain management dashboards and executive MIS reports.n
- Provide timely reporting on project performance, cost trends, cash flow, and key financial metrics.n
- Improve reporting automation, standardization, and data accuracy.n
- Generate presentations and analytical reports for senior leadership reviews.n

nFinance Operations
n
- n
- Oversee finance operations including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledgern
- Ensure smooth month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities.n
- Strengthen internal controls,



compliance frameworks, and financial governance.n
- Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and statutory authorities as required.n

- Ensure adherence to financial controls and statutory requirements.n
- Facilitate audits and provide documentation for cost-related reviewsn

nBusiness Partnering

- Partner with Procurement, Engineering, Projects, Operations, and Commercial teams.n
- Provide financial guidance to business stakeholders on budgeting, investment decisions, and cost management.n
- Drive a culture of accountability, transparency, and financial discipline across the organizationn

nTechnical Skills:

- Understanding of project finance, project cost control, and capital expenditure management.n
- Solid knowledge of finance operations, accounting principles, and financial controls.n
- Proficiency in SA
