- 4-8+ years of relevant experience in Infrastructure Operations, Security Operations, or Patch Management.n
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.n
- Experience managing patching across global infrastructure environments.n

nTechnical Skills

- Strong knowledge of Unix Admin Commands and Shell Scriptingn
- Good knowledge of Unix /Linux (Red Hat, SUSE, Ubuntu) OS fundamentalsn
- Knowhow of Platforms like Application/Web Servers (Apache/Tomcat) , Messaging Platforms (MQ/Solace) , Containerization platforms like Openshiftn
- Valuable to have – DevOps Tools, Ansiblen

nPatch Management Operations
n
- n
- Manage end-to-end patch lifecycle for servers, desktops,



virtual machines, network devices, etcn
- Plan and execute Patches - monthly, quarterly, and emergency patching activities.n
- Deploy OS and application patches across Windows, Linux, and cloud environments.n
- Coordinate patch schedules with application owners, infrastructure teams, and business stakeholders.n
- Patch Cataloguing and Classification , Prioritize patch deployment based on risk levels, and business impact.n
- Track remediation of critical and high-risk vulnerabilities within agreed SLAsn

nTesting & Change Management

- Validate patches in test and pre-production environments before production rollout.n
- Raise and manage change requests in accordance with ITIL processes.n
- Conduct impact assessments and rollback planning for patch deployments.n
