ETP is looking for an accomplished business leader to head its Customer Sales Success & Growth function for India market.

We are seeking a seasoned Enterprise Technology leader with robust ERP/Business Applications experience and a proven track record in enterprise sales, strategic account growth, and CXO engagement , ideally with exposure to Manufacturing, Retail, Distribution, or eCommerce .

This is a highly visible leadership role with direct influence on customer growth, business transformation, and strategic direction across India market .

What We're Looking For:
✔ 15+ years of experience in Customer Success,



Strategic Accounts, Consulting, Enterprise Sales, or Business Leadership
✔ Preferred background in SAP / SAP Partner organisations.
✔ERP sales mandatory
✔ Proven experience managing large enterprise accounts and customer portfolios
✔ Expertise in renewals, customer retention, upsell, cross-sell, and account expansion
✔ Strong CXO engagement and stakeholder management skills
✔ Experience leading and scaling high-performing customer-facing teams

Key Responsibilities:
Own Customer Success strategy and execution for India
Drive customer retention, revenue growth, and account expansion
Build trusted relationships with CXOs and business leaders
Lead strategic account planning, governance, and executive reviews
Partner with Global Leadership, Product, Sales, and Delivery teams to drive customer outcomes and business growth.
