nAbout the Role: We are looking for a smart, organized, and highly motivated Operations Executive to support and manage the day-to-day operations behind our website’s internal processes. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams like Marketing, Content, Business Development and Design to ensure our internal workflows are smooth, efficient, and always improving.

nWhat You'll Do:

- Manage daily operational workflows tied to website performance and internal processes.n
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless task execution and follow-ups.n
- Identify areas of improvement in current processes and help implement practical solutions.n
- Track and report key operational metrics to support data-driven decision making.n
- Help maintain clear documentation of processes, SOPs, and internal guidelines.n
- Support implementation of tools and systems that enhance team efficiency.n
- Be a key point of contact for resolving operational issues or bottlenecks quickly.n
