Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced TCOE (Testing Center of Excellence) Delivery Manager with deep
expertise in Banking Technology, Core Banking Platforms, Payments, Microfinance Systems, Test
Management, and Large-Scale Quality Engineering Programs.
The ideal candidate will possess robust leadership capabilities, extensive banking domain knowledge, and
proven experience managing end-to-end testing engagements across complex transformation initiatives.
