Job Title: Senior Front Desk & Guest Relations Executive

Location: Kalali, Vadodara, Gujarat 390012

Shift Timing: 12:00 PM – 10:00 PM (General/Extended Corporate Shift)

/n

A Senior Front Desk Executive in our Vadodara BPO facility manages high-volume visitor traffic, coordinates executive hospitality, and ensures qualified communication between global clients, vendors, and internal operations teams.

/n

Key Responsibilities:

/n

Greet high-profile international clients, corporate guests, and vendors with an exceptional professional attitude.

/n

Manage high-volume, multi-line switchboards to route domestic and international calls accurately.

/n

Oversee strict workplace security protocols by managing visitor logs, NDAs, and biometric or RFID access badges.

/n

Coordinate local transport, hotel bookings, and travel itinerary details for visiting global leadership teams.

/n

Supervise the reception area, ensuring it remains clean, quiet, and reflective of a premium corporate image.

/n

Handle incoming and outgoing international couriers,



logistics, and confidential documentation.

/n

Manage conference room bookings, video-conferencing setups, and hospitality arrangements for critical client meetings.

/n

Mentor reception staff and coordinate seamless operations across the 12 PM to 10 PM shift.

/n

Job Requirements & Skills:

/n

Education: Bachelor's degree in hospitality, communications, business administration, or a related field.

/n

Experience: 3 to 7 years in front desk operations, specifically within a BPO, ITES, or large corporate setting.

/n

Communication: Flawless verbal and written English communication skills; proficiency in Hindi and Gujarati is highly preferred for local vendor coordination.

/n

Tech Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, visitor management software, and automated systems.

/n

Soft Skills: Outstanding multitasking, crisis management, emotional intelligence, and a polished corporate
