nAbout The Role:




nThe Account Manager – Government Business will be responsible for managing and growing
nrelationships with government customers across South India. The role focuses on ensuring successful
nproject delivery, operational monitoring, collections, customer satisfaction, contract renewals, and
nidentifying opportunities to cross-sell and upsell Solinas' product and software portfolio.

nKey Responsibilities
n1. Customer Relationship Management
na. Serve as the primary point of contact for Municipal Corporations, Water Boards,
nSewerage Boards, and other government utility customers, ensuring solid engagement
nand smooth coordination across all ongoing projects and commercial activities.
nb. Build and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders, including Engineers,
nExecutive Engineers, Superintending Engineers, Chief Engineers, Commissioners, and
nBoard officials, to strengthen Solinas' presence and drive customer success
