nPosition Summary

nAs the GBS HTR Payroll Manager, you will oversee the end-to-end delivery of NL Payroll Operations, and future transitioned processes on the HR scope, across your designated region. Reporting to the Global HTR Service Delivery Lead, you will be accountable for meeting service-level agreements (SLAs), ensuring operational excellence, and driving continuous improvement. You will provide strategic leadership to your regional team, managing resources, performance, and stakeholder relationships while ensuring compliance with global standards, regional regulations, and business needs. Demonstrated expertise in regional HTR operations is highly valued.

- Leadership & Team Development: Provide leadership to the team by setting explicit achievable goals, delivering regular feedback, and facilitating career development opportunities. Ensure the team performs at a high level,



continuously improving service delivery and operational efficiency. Responsible for hiring, talent retention and employees’ development.n
- Operational excellence: Payroll: Oversee end to end payroll processes, including pre-payroll reconciliations, validations, post-payroll activities and reporting. Ensure timely and best in class accurate payroll delivery, adhering to compliance requirements, legal standards, and internal controls.n
- Operational Excellence: Administer HR Information System (HRIS) transactions, managing onboarding, offboarding, organizational changes, and position management. Ensure data accuracy and process efficiency across the employee lifecycle.n
