nPosition Overview
nWe are looking for a Corporate Hybrid Workspace Consultant who will be responsible for building our
ncorporate client relations and working with them on their hybrid work strategies. We want to get them
nonboarded on our corporate SaaS solution which enables them to give their employees access to 1000+
ncoworking spaces across the country via the myHQ App. They can then book meeting rooms by the
nhour or coworking spaces by the day at the tap of a button. We are looking for individuals who are well rounded, professional and solution oriented. We love people
nwho like going above and beyond to deliver results and don't shy away from taking up recent challenges
nand responsibilities.
nThe ideal candidate here would have excellent communication skills, enthusiasm to achieve aggressive
ntargets and should be capable of building strong relationships.
nSomeone who has done sales to CXOs, HRs, Admins of corporations will be a huge plus point for this
nrole.




nRoles & Responsibilities
nCorporate acquisition (Building Client Base)
nWhile we generate a lot of leads, the role requires not just handling the prospective leads generated,but also generating leads on your own via LinkedIn reach-outs and in-person client meetings.
nThe responsibilities include:

- Building a strong pipeline of leads from a combination of inbound interest and outboundn
- Understanding requirements of the prospective client basis the initial calls, meetingsn
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase the benefit of our hybrid solutionsn
- Own the entire journey from a prospective lead to onboarding and retaining clientsn

nCorporate Retention (Account and Revenue Management)
nOnce the clients are onboarded, it is also about retaining them and working with them for all their
nworkspace requirements.
nThe responsibilities include:
