nShift & Schedule:

n1. Night shift aligned with U.S. time zones
n2. Monday to Friday working days
n3. Fixed weekends off – Saturday & Sunday

nRole Overview:

n1. Handle inbound calls from U.S. healthcare customers.
n2. Understand customer concerns and provide accurate resolutions.
n3. No sales targets involved in this process.

nRequirements:
n
n1. Strong communication skills in English (verbal and written).
n2. Minimum qualification: 12th pass (Graduation/Diploma is an advantage).
n3. Comfortable working in night shifts aligned with U.S. time zones.
n4. Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.

nCompensation & Advantages:

n1. In-hand salary: ₹15,000 – ₹19,000 per month .
n2. Travel allowance and subsidized meals.
n3. Free cab drop after night shift.
n4. Attendance bonus of ₹1,000 per month.
n5. Annual performance bonus up to ₹15,000.
