- Bachelor’s degree in architecture (B.Arch. – 5-year program)n
- 9 to 10 years of experience in Architectural consultancy in Design Development and Site executionn
- Excellent Aesthetic sensen
- Basic understanding of Various Design disciplines and their interdependencesn
- Should be a Learner with Robust communication skillsn
- Positive attitude, Self Motivated and team-oriented mindsetn
- Strong alignment with a detail-driven work culturen
- Ability to learn, adapt, and align with organizational standards and processesn
- Be able to work on multiple projectsn

nKey Responsibilities:

- n




- Conduct Detail Design review of Architectural design, details at key stages of design deliverablesn
- Coordinate with Architecture, Structural, MEP, Landscape, Facade, teams to ensure design integrationn
- Create design observations, and propose practical solutions in coordination with various stake holdersn
- Be able to Review Shop Drawingsn
- Be able to Respond to RFIn
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, standards, and quality benchmarksn
- Follow agreed design consistency and construction accuracyn
