nRole Description
nThis is a full-time in office role as a Procurement & Inventory Management Executive at smoothmix in Vadodara, Gujarat. You'll own the full loop from raising a purchase order to closing it: selecting and negotiating with vendors,



receiving and quality-checking goods, matching invoices before they're paid, and keeping the stock master accurate. You'll set reorder points so no hero SKU ever runs dry, run the cycle counts that catch variance early, and report on stock health so decisions get made before a shortage happens, not after.

nQualifications
nStrong analytical and numerical skills
nAbility to prioritize and multitask effectively
nExcellent organizational and time management skills
nBachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Commerce, Business Administration, or related field
n3+ years of experience in procurement or inventory management preferred
