nAbout the Role

nAs Key Account Manager , you will be responsible for driving the growth, engagement, and monetisation of an assigned portfolio of customers.
nYou will act as a Business Consultant to our customers — understanding their business, identifying growth opportunities,



and helping them improve revenue through better marketing, content, pricing, and customer engagement strategies.
n
nThis role is ideal for someone who combines sales, account management, business acumen, and analytical thinking .
n
nKey Responsibilities
n
nManage and grow a portfolio of existing customers and drive their overall business growth.
nUnderstand customer behaviour, business models, and consumer trends to identify growth opportunities.
nOwn top-line and bottom-line objectives for the assigned customer/category portfolio.
nAct as an in-house Business Consultant , advising customers on:

nMarketing strategies
nContent strategies
nPricing
nRevenue growth
nCustomer acquisition and retention
n
nIdentify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and monetisation within existing accounts.
nWork closely with the Marketing team to plan and execute customer-specific campaigns.
