- 3–6 years of experience in Email Operations, Email Security, Trust & Safety, SOC environmentsn
- Strong expertise in spam & abuse mitigation n
- Hands-on experience with Splunk, SIEM. EDR n
- Strong understanding of SMTP, SPF, DKIM, and DMARC n
- Experience managing operations in a 24×7 environment n
- Robust analytical, decision-making, and stakeholder-management skillsn
- Experience with Proofpoint and email security workflows is highly desirablen

n Key Responsibilities:

- n
- Oversee daily operations and ensure SLA, productivity, and quality targets are consistently achievedn




- Monitor and analyze trends in spam, phishing, spoofing, and email abuse n
- Drive proactive mitigation strategies and security improvementsn
- Conduct incident reviews, Root Cause Analysis (RCA) , and implement corrective/preventive actionsn
- Leverage Splunk to build dashboards, monitor KPIs, and generate actionable insightsn
- Ensure compliance with SPF, DKIM, DMARC and other email security standardsn
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and multi-vendor partnersn
- Drive continuous improvement, process optimization, and automation n
