About the RolenEquicom Technologies is hiring an IT Infrastructure & Security Administrator to manage and secure the company’s internal IT environment for our next-generation crypto trading platform, CRPKO.
nThis role is focused on enterprise IT operations, endpoint security, identity and access management, employee device governance, and internal infrastructure stability across a hybrid workforce setting.
nThe ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience managing Mac, Windows, iOS, and Android devices, along with centralized identity/access systems, security enforcement, onboarding/offboarding processes, and corporate SaaS administration.
nThis is a high-trust role within a security-sensitive fintech/crypto environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesIdentity & Access Managementn

- Manage employee accounts, roles, permissions, and access lifecyclen
- Administer Zoho One and related enterprise SaaS platformsn




- Enforce MFA, password policies, RBAC, and access governancen
- Handle employee onboarding, role changes, and secure offboardingn
- Conduct periodic access reviews and audit checksn

Endpoint & Device Securityn

- Provision and manage company laptops and mobile devicesn
- Support MacBook, Windows, iPhone, Android, and hybrid device environmentsn
- Maintain endpoint protection, encryption, and compliance standardsn
- Configure remote wipe, lock, recovery, and security enforcement policiesn
- Monitor unauthorized software, risky configurations, and shadow IT usagen

Corporate IT Administrationn

- Maintain company-wide IT asset inventory and device trackingn
- Manage VPN access, WiFi/network access, and internal IT policiesn
- Troubleshoot employee IT/security issues efficientlyn
- Coordinate with vendors and SaaS providers for enterprise toolingn
- Support office IT
