- Strong experience with Pivotal Cloud Foundryn
- Knowledge in using Splunk for production support.n
- Experience with Database Architecture, Modeling, and familiarity with MySQL & SQL, Gemfiren
- Familiarity with JSON, REST and XML based web servicesn
- Working knowledge of the overall mobile industryn
- Excellence in technical communication with technical and non-technical peersn
- Strong cross-functional team player with the ability to work seamlessly across a matrix organization and partner with global development companiesn
- Desire to work in a dynamic, fast paced environmentn




- Experience developing and supporting financial/banking applicationsn
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to influence clients, team members, management, and external groups.n
- Excellent attention to detail in a team settingn
- Strong oral and written communication, analytical and problem-solving skillsn
- Experience utilizing Dev Al tools e.g. GitHub Copilotn
- Ability to analyze, use structured problem solving and available tools to troubleshoot systems, identify root cause, action plans, impact, and resolution options.n
