Managing money across countries shouldn’t feel complicated. But for NRIs, it often does.
At Xpat , we’re building the financial operating system for NRIs , bringing together the different parts of an NRI’s financial life into one seamless experience.
We’re looking for a Product Designer who wants to help make all of this feel easy, intuitive and accessible.
This is a role for someone who likes to take ownership, solve problems and see their work go from an idea to something real in the hands of users.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Design experiences people love to use
Understand the problem, explore directions, quickly prototype and validate ideas, then take the right direction into a highly detailed final experience . You’ll primarily design for mobile, while also thinking across desktop and web.
Simplify complexity
Think from first principles. Understand the problem before jumping to the solution and turn complex financial journeys into experiences that feel effortless.
Let user behaviour guide your design
Look at how people actually use the product. Understand which flows matter most, where users spend their time and what patterns emerge, then use those insights to decide where to focus.
Prototype, validate and iterate
Don’t wait until the final design to learn. Use prototypes, AI tools and whatever helps you get an idea into a testable form quickly. Learn from users, data and feedback, then keep improving.
Work across the product journey
Partner closely with Design, Product and Engineering from discovery through design, development and iteration. You’ll help shape the product from the problem we’re solving to the experience we build , not just the final UI.
Care about the craft
Sweat the details. Think about the little interaction, the transition, the moment of delight and all the small things that make an experience feel thoughtful and polished.
Build for scale
Help evolve our design system and maintai
