nJob Description:
nCodewinglet Pvt. Ltd. is looking for ambitious and results-driven Business Development Executives who can independently handle lead generation, client communication, and deal closures. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in IT services sales and the ability to convert opportunities into long-term business relationships.

nKey Responsibilities:

- n
- Generate and manage qualified leads through Upwork, LinkedIn, and other qualified platforms.n
- Identify client needs and propose suitable IT and digital solutions.n
- Conduct discovery calls, follow-ups, and client presentations.n
- Build, maintain, and grow relationships with international clients.n
- Maintain and manage the sales pipeline using CRM tools.n
- Coordinate with internal sales, technical, and leadership teams to close deals.n
- Track sales performance, forecasting, and reporting.n
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.n
- Support account retention, upselling,



and cross-selling initiatives.n

nSkills & Qualifications:

- n
- 6 months to 3 Years of proven experience in Business Development/ IT Sales.n
- Strong experience in lead generation and client acquisition.n
- Exposure of CRM tools (Salesforce is preferred).n
- Good verbal and written communication skills.n
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing abilities.n
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Application, Science, Engineering, IT, or related field.n
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple opportunities.n
