- Speaking with cold leads interested in our workshops and programmesn
- Conducting sales conversations and follow-ups with warm leadsn
- Understanding customer concerns, motivations, and objectionsn
- Helping improve sales approaches based on real customer interactionn
- Sharing lead feedback with the marketing department to strengthen communication and funnelsn
